Refunds and returns

Everything in this shop is a digital download. The moment you check out, the files are yours — there is nothing to post back, and we cannot un-send a file. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong title, or for buying the same book twice.

We know that reads as strict, so here is the part that matters more:

If something is wrong with your file, we will fix it

If your download will not open, will not print, arrives incomplete, or is not the book you ordered, email johnsonollama79@gmail.com and we will sort it out. Send your order number and tell us what happened. We will re-send the file, send a repaired one, or refund you in full if we cannot make it work.

There is no time limit on that. If a file you bought two years ago stops opening, write to us.

Before you buy

Every listing shows sample pages from inside the book, the exact page count, and the file format. Please look at them. They are there so nobody buys something that turns out not to be what they pictured.

You will need a computer, tablet or phone that can open a PDF, and a printer if you want paper copies. We cannot refund a purchase because you do not own a printer.
