What ages is this for?
Ages 4 to 8. The shapes are big and the lines are thick for small hands, and the affirmations are short enough for a new reader. Younger children enjoy it with a grown-up reading the words aloud.

Why aren't the girls coloured in?
So she can colour them however she likes — including to look like herself, her sister or her best friend. In black and white, every girl on every page can be anyone.

Is this a physical book?
No, it's a digital download. You print the pages at home or at a print shop. Nothing arrives in the post.

What paper should I use?
Normal printer paper is fine for crayons and coloured pencils. For markers, use 80 lb / 120 gsm or heavier so the colour doesn't bleed through.
